Did you know that most of us are deficient in magnesium and our bodies often crave it in the form of… wait for it….. CHOCOLATE? Yeah, it’s TRUE! Chocolate is a GREAT source of magnesium, so if you find yourself at the vending machine dreaming about that chocolate bar, you are totally normal!!

Lucky for us, I found a recipe that combines the benefits of dark chocolate with the stress-reducing comfort of hot cocoa. It’s non-dairy, sugar-free and absolutely YUMMY.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 2 packets stevia
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk while cooking on high heat. Once all of the ingredients combine and are frothy and hot to your liking, serve in your favorite mug. Enjoy!
